Donation & Refund Policy

01Donations

Donations made through Our Sanatan support temples, seva initiatives, community programs, the Abhaya safety network, and the operation of Sanatan Ekta Foundation. Every contribution is received with gratitude and shraddha.

02How Funds Are Used

Funds are directed to the cause you choose where specified, or to the Foundation's general initiatives where unrestricted. We are committed to transparency and aim to publish periodic reports on the use of funds and impact.

03Tax Exemption

Eligible donations may qualify for tax exemption under applicable law (for example, Section 80G in India), subject to the Foundation's registration status. Where applicable, a receipt will be issued to the details you provide. Please consult a tax advisor regarding your individual eligibility.

04No Sale of Goods

Our Sanatan does not sell any goods or services. The only payments on the Platform are voluntary donations to Sanatan Ekta Foundation. Stores, events and seva listings are provided for discovery only — no purchases are made through the Platform.

05Refunds

Donations are voluntary contributions — not payments for any goods or services — and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once made.

In the rare event of a clearly erroneous or duplicate charge caused by a technical error, you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your transaction details and we will investigate. Any tax receipt issued for a reversed charge will be voided.

06Recurring Donations

If you set up a monthly or recurring donation, it will continue until you cancel. You can cancel future recurring payments at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops upcoming charges but does not refund donations already made.
